www.intrade.com is an ingenious website that allows investors to buy shares based on their prediction of electoral college outcomes. I first learned of the site in a seminar on experimental economics in 2006, and I’m really happy to return and find that “the market” shows Obama with an 83% likelihood of carrying Ohio, and about an 89% probability of taking at least 270 electoral votes.
