“Dark Was The Night” is an impressive collaboration overall, benefiting the Red Hot Organization (an AIDS/HIV treatment and awareness charity). Red Hot also released a tribute album to Fela Kuti in 2002 called “Red Hot+Riot, ” an old favorite.
